Fortis installed a heat pump for us today. Very polite, very tidy and friendly. Great interaction with Michael, Eddie and our two installers Lachy and Luke, throughout the entire process. Didn't stop all day. Very impressed. 😀👍👍.

We recently had Luke and Lachlan as our electricians during a very intense house remodel, and they were absolutely outstanding. They showed up on time every single day, had excellent communication, and their work was top quality. On top of their skills, they were kind, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. It’s rare to find tradesmen who go above and beyond like they did. Because of Luke and Lachlan, we’ll definitely continue using Fortis Power and will be recommending them to everyone we know.

As per the previous reviewer I was also really surprised by the first reviews received by these guys - as I to was blown away by the level of service, friendliness and professionalism. Where from W.A. and prior to engaging with Fortis Almost every single tradie we engaged with left us completely underwhelmed. Such an amazing refreshing change from Eddie and the team. Not only did they do an incredible job with our electrical work they also gave recommendations for other pieces of work with different tradies that we needed done. Again all amazing, and actually accommodated us because of the referral from Fortis and the great rapport they have with other tradies. That’s when you know you’re onto a good thing. Highly recommend!

I’m so surprised to find there are negative reviews, which is so different from my experience today. The electrician Tyler arrives at 8:30 am sharply, and start investigate the cause of the multiple lights failure. While he was dismantling the light connectors, he also patiently replied all of my technical (and not technical) questions, he is absolutely friendly and know his work well. After about 5 hours trouble shooting, he found the problem was actually outside the premise, and he fixed that real quick!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Strongly recommend this business for anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and promising electrician.
