James before quoting insisted to do a site visit- from 7 bussiness i contacted only 2 wanted to attend my home-thanks James, this was what i was expecting, a site visits gives the most accurate quote and NOT a overpriced one. James listened for all my expectations of my battery and gave best advice. Kylie- best costumer care during quote alterarions- very profesional and costumer orientated- appreciated a lot all your support and patience. Jarrod and the team who installed the battery arrived on time on the day, walked me through the process what goes where and answered all my questions-thank you. Kept me informed all the time during the install. Cleaned the area and handover was great to get my app running and be able to monitor my new home battery. Thank you again Amazing Solaress Team! On a very hot day Solaress team still came out and fixed an issue with my inverter. This company really know how to look after customers and are very knowledgeable about all things solar. Highly recommend them.
