  A shout out to Matthew and Zack what a great team. They arrived punctually on October 29 at 7am. By lunch time my new reverse cycle was installed in my second floor bedroom and zero wall damage😀. I highly recommend Glow they replaced my downstairs reverse cycle in June which also was smooth sailing. These people have years of experience and confidently install so I would not hesitate to recommend anyone of their teams they are such outstanding professionals and rare to find a group of employees who take such much pride in their work.   Over the better part of nearly a decade I have had the pleasure of dealing with Glow in a range of capacities including commercial electrical, commercial HVAC, commercial solar, residential electrical, residential HVAC and residential solar. They have been the electrical contractor of choice for business including routine RCD testing, thermal imaging, appliance test and tag and have always gone out of their way to accommodate and be mindful of our production pressures and minimisation of downtime. To further consolidate and streamline our business we now also use Glow for our commercial air conditioning quarterly maintenance, moving from a long standing arrangement with our previous contractor – a decision that was not made lightly. This full service contract ranges from office and warehouse air conditioning to cold rooms and specialised cooling machinery to refrigerated display showcases in our retail stores. The technicians are completely transparent and their in-depth reports mean that we know exactly where we stand and what we might expect. Company wide their technicians are all easy to get along with and will listen to and talk through options to achieve your goal, as opposed to taking the easiest route for them - I have no hesitation inviting them inside of my own house and they will always tidy up after themselves which is increasingly rare these days. A credit to the type of people that Brooke and Nigel take on to help them grow their business together. The office staff are beyond brilliant - easy to talk to, accommodating, knowledgeable and very organised. Combined with their internal systems this means that I can worry less about chasing trades knowing that what I need to get done will get done. I also find myself asking for quotes less frequently these days as I know that the pricing for works completed is fair. Brooke and Nigel have built a solid business, and team, with exceptional values. I can confidently say that my relationship with Glow extends well beyond business these days - over the many, many years of dealings I have made some great friends.

  Fantastic service from glow today for a full switch board upgrade at our home in Chiton. Our technician turned up on time, was highly informative and completed her work quickly. She took the time to provide a run through on the switchboard upgrades including the how to shutdown and testing of the RCD‘s. The technician checked all circuits and appliances were working and she was was a credit to your company.

  I recently had Glow HCE install a Sigen home battery at my place, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They were excellent at the start, recommending the specific equipment and sizing that actually suited my household needs rather than just a "one size fits all" approach. ​It was a pretty challenging install due to the layout of my home, but the team spent a lot of time with me beforehand walking through different cable run options and placement to make sure we got it right. On the day, the guys showed up right on time, were professional, and didn't mind me asking questions while they worked. The final install is incredibly neat, and they tidied up everything before they left. Pricing was very competitive too. If you’re looking for a team that actually listens to what you want, I highly recommend them.
