ESC Trades

We’ve used ESC Trades for more jobs than I can count in our 1930s character home ranging from a full house rewire, switchboard upgrade and battery install to building a beautiful covered patio and Zac and his team have at all times been professional, reliable and delivered exactly what I wanted. Most recently ESC Trades assisted with our 1980s beach house renovation installing unique vintage pendant lights, replacing a number of ceiling and wall lights, installing power points and most importantly new smoke alarms and upgrading the dated switchboard. This was all done in on budget, in a swift timeframe, to an extremely high standard and I was consulted along the way as to the options available and positioning of lighting. I love that I can always rely on ESC Trades to give me honest, experienced advice on the most energy and cost efficient options for my home and that they are also happy to work within my picky and often complex requirements, such as rewiring an antique 12 chandelier or replacing a window with 100 year old French doors with a seamless finish.
