Outstanding Solar + Battery Installation - Highly Recommend Connect Electrical I had a 16kW solar system with a Sigenergy 24kWh battery installed by Joe and the team at Connect Electrical in August, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first conversation, Joe's communication was exceptional. He was always available to answer questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and his expertise really shone through. He took the time to explain the system in detail and helped me understand exactly what to expect. The installation itself was incredibly efficient - completed in just a couple of days - and Joe and his team were impeccably tidy and professional. They worked around my family's schedule without any issues, which I really appreciated. But what really sets Joe apart is his follow-up. Even after the installation was complete, he checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly and was available for any questions I had. As for the system itself? Absolutely fantastic. We've been completely off the grid since installation, and we haven't received an electricity bill since! The Sigenergy battery has been performing brilliantly, and the whole system has exceeded our expectations. If you're considering solar and battery storage, don't hesitate - call Joe at Connect Electrical. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for his customers make him the best choice for your solar investment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Connect Electrical SE from quote to completion. Prompt, efficient and friendly team with great communication throughout. They installed our 48kWh Sigenergy battery stack, 11.4kW of Aiko solar panels, relocated our meter box to the new shed, and completed the shed wiring. Very happy with the quality of work and the whole process. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
