I called Amped Up on a morning Sunday. Our power was out. We required a specialised part to rectify the problem and this was not a standard part. Marcus from Amped Up called a friend with an electrical wholesale business and he agreed to open the store for him on the Sunday so that he could get the part for us. He then pirchased the part and drove 25 mins to our house to install it. The new isolator was larger than the old one and therefore would fit the way the power board was configured, so Marcus reconfigure the board. At all times Marcus was extremely polite, very informative, stepped out everything that needed to be done and gained our approval before completing the work. I’m in my late 50s and I haven’t experienced good old fashion service like this in a long time. Well done Amped Up Team. I am now putting together a list of additional works for them to come back and do. Im a very happy customer.
