This is a different kind of review as i didn't use this company, however your customer service was amazing, I spoke with a lovely lady who went out of her way to contact someone who could help as all the technicians were out on other jobs. Very polite unlike another local business i called, I won't name them but they are a big business who don't have the time for small business. So thanks for your kindness, it goes a long way. 10/10 service from start to finish! Provided a very detailed quote to begin with, which Ethan was happy to go through in detail. Arrived on time, worked SO efficiently and were super patient and friendly with my dog Bruce (he’s not a fan of workmen!). Removed and took away our old split system which saved us the hassle. So happy with the final product - don’t look any further than these fellas! :)

Website quoted $219 for servicing two split systems, but I was invoiced $359 after the work was completed. There was a lack of communication for a few weeks but in the end they honoured the original price.

I would highly recommend AEP. Ethan came out promptly to provide a quote. His service was excellent, great communication and he knew what we needed in a system. The technicians that installed the system were very professional, polite and friendly. Incredibly hard working. I was very impressed with their service and work ethic as well as the respect they showed not only me but my home. They went above and beyond. I would have them back anytime. I asked on Facebook for a referral and many people suggested AEP. I can see why so many people suggested AEP. Thanks so much guys for an awesome experience. Love the air conditioner as well.
