We hired Jim and his team to service our air conditioners and to install some new ones. I was extremely impressed with everything about the experience of dealing with Jim and his team. First, they did an incredible job on the actual work we hired them for. Our A/Cs (9 years old) are running as though they are brand new. I was also impressed at how professional Jim and his team were. They were polite, competent, showed up precisely on time (and completed the work on time), and were extremely respectful of me and of our property. They took the utmost care to make sure that the process of cleaning out our a/cs -- which could have been very messy -- did not in any way harm my home. They covered and moved surrounding furniture then moved everything back into place, and were careful not to splash dirty fluid anywhere even when it was over a tiled floor that could have easily been mopped up. As for the A/C installation, our chosen models have been difficult to get as a result of the pandemic. Jim went above and beyond to locate them interstate, pick them up himself and get them to us, all for an extremely fair price. I have been SO impressed with this business. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone!

Jim and his team installed a ducted air conditioning system in our house, and we couldn't be happier with both the result and the service. They went above and beyond to install our system, and the value for money was fantastic. Highly recommend!
