Recently, we had our stove top replaced and the oven repaired through these incredible guys, and I can honestly say they blew us away! Their efficiency was second to none, and the price wasn’t just good – it was fair and honest. It’s such a breath of fresh air to find tradies in town who actually answer their phones, who are on the ball with quotes and organising parts – everything was sorted within just a WEEK of making that initial call! They treated us not just as customers, but as people, taking the time to answer every question with genuine care. I’m honestly so grateful, and without a doubt, I’ll be calling them again.

OMG! I can’t recommend this business highly enough. We had an electrical fault in our caravan and we had tried many companies both here in Charleville and up the road in Emerald but were told they all had 4-6 weeks before we could book in. Nathan called after I left a message and provided someone to come straight around to the van park. The problem was tricky to isolate so Nathan came over personally to see what was happening. They were here for 2 1/2 hours and the problem fixed. Price was VERY reasonable and their professionalism was outstanding. Judy & Frank

We had trouble with our power inlet point to our caravan when we left Roma on a Sunday, so we called the owner of Switched on Electrical at Charleville (Nathan I think). We informed him of our drama (to us it was an extremely stressful situation) as to having no power to our caravan for approximately 24 hours. Nathan was very calm and gave us his address in Charleville and advised us to call in when we arrived in town and he would access the situation for us. He was so efficient, changed the point on the lead but did not have an inlet point on hand. He checked that it would be ok for the night and advised us the best caravan park to stay in. He said he would have one of his eight workers come to the park on Monday and fit the inlet for us. His very polite employee arrived at our van at 8.30am and fitted the new point. His service was exceptional and his rates very, very reasonably.
