Tom has been amazing from first contact through to completion and aftercare of our new ducted aircon system. Tom provided us with a range products at varying price levels allowing us the choice of the product we want. Workmanship and timeliness has been efficient and to a high standard from time of first contact to installation. Tom and his team were awesome installing on the day and cleaned up after. Tom is professional, honest and communicative and we will be definitely using Sun State for future electrical work.

Tom and Sam were brilliant. Installed a split aircon, a new ceiling fan. Tom was quick to replace a faulty Daikin ducted control panel immediately and fixed a faulty ceiling fan too even though we never expected it. I, like others, would give them 10 stars if I could. Good prices too. Definitely getting back. Thanks fellas.

I'm writing to share my incredibly positive experience with Tom and Sam from Sun State Electrical & Air. From my very first message to the completion of the installation, their service was exceptionally fast and efficient. Tom was very approachable and honest when discussing the options I had enquired about. His extensive experience in air conditioning was evident as he provided knowledgeable advice regarding our tricky job, which involved a large space and the complicated architecture of our already established home. I really appreciated Toms honest answer in regards to my elaborate idea of what i wanted...well it wasn't going to cool my space. He was up front and told me so. He didn't just tell me what i wanted to hear. Unlike some others i requested quotes from, he turned up to look at the job. Tom & Sam efficiently decommissioned and removed our old unit, then installed the new one with remarkable neatness. They left our home so clean that it was as if they hadn't been there at all, demonstrating their meticulous attention to detail in their trade. It's also worth noting that since they are qualified electricians, they are capable of handling any electrical work you might need as well.
