Shockwave Energy

I can’t rate Eric from shockwave high enough- he came and gave me a quote in the middle of the busy Xmas period and installed my unit shortly after. All of the conduit covers are extremely neat and streamline from my second story bedroom down to the unit downstairs. I found him incredibly professional in person as well as very responsive to any questions over the phone or text. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely fantastic service. Eric installed a ceiling fan light for us. He supplied a quality product and provided quality service without ripping us off! He was efficient and very friendly. We would definitely recommend his services to others.

Eric has completed 3x AC unit installs, a cooker and other works. He is always very professional, his work is completed to a very high standard and is very neat. He stands by all of his work. I would definitely recommend him.

I had Shockwave Energy recently replace an air conditioning unit that was faulty. Eric came out very promptly and diagnosed what was wrong. He was very thorough and informative. Unfortunately the old unit was completely stuffed but Eric gave us some options and was very competitive with other quotes we had received. We decided to go with Shockwave Energy as he was on time when he said he would be there, he was polite and competitively priced. His attention to detail was well noted. We were more than happy with the job that was carried out and he even cleaned up after himself!!! We have some more work to be done in the future and we will definitely be using Shockwave Energy again!

After 3 failed attempts by other solar electricians to fix an issue with my solar system, Eric has fixed the issue, persevering and troubleshooting until the issue was solved.
