Simon and Simon Jnr came to install four new fans & change some switches and we were thoroughly impressed! They came in, got on with the work, had a chit chat, charged a very reasonable price and we could not be happier. Had tried to contact a few other electricians but there was either no response or they still hadn't sent a quote through several weeks later. Would recommend these guys to anyone in the Whitsundays region

Called Simon up to fit some smoke alarms that I ordered myself and he came around the same day to have a look then his son Simon Jr to come and install within 2 days, one of the alarms was faulty so he took it and organised a replacement at no cost to me. I then ordered some ceiling fans and once again Simon said let him know when they arrive and they'll be around to install. Excellent prompt service, friendly and accommodating at a great price can't recommend Response Electrical enough.

From the initial phone call the service was great! Simon turned up within half an hour of calling with a quote emailed through in under 24hrs. We then had our new air cons installed within a couple of weeks which was amazing considering the time of year and the current heat wave! Simon and his team are reliable and consistently provide outstanding service. We had a defect light in the cold room at our venue and Simon responded very quickly and had it entirely repaired within a few hours. Response Electrical have quoted switchboard work for the venue, and are very competitive. The team have also completed cabling work at our home, and they were professional and timely. There is no doubt we will utilise their services again!

I called Simon on a Friday morning and he was at my house within a couple hours. I was very appreciative of his quick response and his willingness to complete the task on a Friday afternoon. Hot water over the weekend with a new born is very important. I can’t recommend these guys enough. The digits are now saved in my phone and favourite Irish man.
