Pulse Electrical Bundaberg

Having moved to the Bundaberg area 18 months ago, I have used Pulse Electrical (a lot) to do various jobs. No job is too big or too small. From installing ceiling fans, changing lights, upgrading smoke alarms, installing a new oven, extra power points, solar panels, replacing air conditioners & most recently hooking up a generator……they do it all. Ty and his team have been amazing in getting the jobs done. A big shout out to Aiden & Abby who always arrive on time, are professional in their work, polite & a pleasure to deal with - they really are a credit to the company. I would highly recommend Pulse Electricical.

Really impressed with the job they did in my day care installing an air conditioner. The Quote was quick and they were understanding with the time frame I had with day care children. They brought a few workers to help and they got the installation done in no time. They cleaned up the day care room when they left and signed the visitor book. Fantastic service, and we had them in again recently to install two new fans. Will use them in the future.

Very happy with our air con they recently installed. Even though they were running behind I was called and informed of this by their office staff. They could have easily cancelled the job and rescheduled for another but they didn’t and made sure they got the job done that day. All mess was cleaned up and installation was very neat. I would use them again in the future.

Phoned them up, told them what I wanted they believed me, booked in the job. It took a while but I knew it would as peak season. Were a little late as I added on a feature at 5 minutes to closing the day prior and they phoned me in the morning to let me know they were delayed. then phoned to let me know they hereon the way. They were quick efficient cleaned and made sure I was happy before leaving. I got a Mitsubishi industrial and I love it. It actually cools my large space to 25 degrees when I have it on 25 (my last one cooled to 27 when it was on 18) It is quiet!. I think it will cost me less as I can turn it on remotely on my way home instead of being tempted to leave it on. From the first phone call I was looked after.

So professional from quoting, through to booking and going out of their way to help us. The workmen onsite were so polite and friendly. All the works, which were carried out over 3 full days, were executed perfectly. Highly recommend.

We have not had any work done as yet. My comment is regarding the service we recieved from Ty Perkins in the quoting process. The information provided to us during Ty's initial visit and the details and photos of the proposed installation locations of a/c units and piping were excellent. This information gave us the confidence in knowing exactly where and how our a/c units will be installed.
