After contacting ProSpark Electrical for a quote on a 6.6kLW system. From the phone call, to the site visit to the installation. Ron & Amy have been absolutely fantastic. Any issues they had from there suppliers Amy was always in contact with my wife & I. Absolutely awesome Service. The installation was excellent arrived on time the guys were extremely friendly & polite.There work was extremely professional. To all the guys involved with the installation process a huge thankyou. The team at Pro spark are extremely professional from the quality of installation , communication and courtesy. Solar panels have already survived a cyclone and many other high wind events. Was also happy with the costs and their knowledge of latest technologies.

We couldn't be happier in our choice to use ProSpark Electrical to add solar panels to our home. From start to finish they have been professional and easy to deal with. They were the only company that physically got up on the roof to provide an accurate quote for the space we had. And when the time came for installation, they were on time, and the team were very efficient and professional. TLDR: extremely happy customer and highly recommend! We were extremely happy with the service and install by Candy, Ron and all of the team. From the initial visit to listen to what we wanted to achieve to the finalization of the install everything was very thorough. Candy looked at our bills and made recommendations that would work for us and our lifestyle. Also advised on what we should change to maximize the use of our solar system (eg changing pool pump usage etc). The install was extremely thorough and very well done. Had a friend who is a licensed electrician drop by (unrelated) and he saw the work that Ron and Amy had done and said that “they went well over and above a standard quality install”. Our system is performing very well and even had a follow up call from Annie checking in recently that everything was ok and if any questions.
