We used Phase 2 Electrical for the full electrical fit-out of our business in Rochedale, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Tom and Will more highly. From day one, their attention to detail was next level. Nothing was ever too hard, if there was even a hint of a potential issue, Tom would be straight on the phone to suppliers to double-check specs and make sure everything was not only working, but functional, safe and future-proof for our space. They were on time every day and literally worked non-stop while they were here. There were never “problems”, only solutions. If something unexpected popped up (as it always does in a fit-out), they calmly worked through it and came back with options instead of excuses. The quality of the work is honestly some of the best we’ve seen – clean lines, neat finishes, everything labelled and thought through. We’ve worked with a lot of trades over the years across different projects, and Tom and Will have been the standout by far. Even the invoice was itemised down to the smallest detail, which made it super clear where every dollar was going and gave us complete confidence in the value of the job. If you’re looking for an electrician you can actually trust to turn up, do exceptional work and treat your project like their own, we highly recommend Phase 2 Electrical.

I rarely if ever leave feedback; However Tom from Phase 2 Electrical went above all expectations. He was professional, friendly, extremely informative every step of the way of the electrical work that was carried. I Would highly recommend.
