I had a CBUS problem, which O’Brien Electrical Loganholme fixed quickly and at an acceptable price. I then asked for a quote to implement a new CBUS controller system, as the previous unit packed up a few years ago (meaning there were no ‘smarts’) Trent provided a competitive quote, which I accepted, and then he installed the equipment, programmed it and provided a comprehensive explanation in how to operate, alter and customise the program options. Thanks to Trent and his team for promptly and efficiently installing 5 smoke alarms for us on one of the Bay Islands. The O'Brien Electrical Team at Loganholme just delivered a great service for us. We have an 18 year old CBUS lighting system which had developed a fault that had baffled our local electrician, and could potentially have led to us having to replace the whole lighting system. Via CBUS Australia I tracked down Trent and the Team at Loganholme who are known in the game as experts in CBUS electronics. They sought photos demonstrating the problem, then came prepared with everything needed to diagnose the specific cause and fix it on the spot - at a fraction of the price we had originally been quoted locally. Kelvin the electrician arrived on time, knew his CBUS and also helped out out with a couple of other electrical fixes that needed doing. The whole experience really put a 'smile on our dial' - so much so that this is the first every Google review I have every done...

Excellent, friendly service at a very reasonable price. The team helped me out at short notice picking up new fans and recommending replacement of some other items that were on their way out. Will definitely use again.
