I am so pleased with the amazing customer service I received earlier today - I had a tiny problem (although for me it was very annoying) with my fans. I spoke with Lauren who said someone would call back soon to arrange to come to my house. They called back 20 mins later! and 20 mins after that were at my house fixing the fans! The technicians were very helpful and pleasant to speak with too. Highly recommend O'Brien Bowen.

The guys removed and replaced all of my power points, fitted a power point for my new electric stove and installed it, sorted out my main antenna point. Came back at a later date and installed a power point and antenna point as well as installing a pivot mount on my bedroom wall.
