My washing machine was not working. So I phoned Mercer and Luck. I spoke with Damon and told him the problem, and he just asked for my washing machine model number. He then put me on hold, he came back from hold, and talked me through the problem and just like that my washing machine was fixed. Such a great guy. Great business would totally recommend them.

Would highly recommend Mercer an Luck. Our fridge wasn’t working properly but thanks to the Adrian who was prompt in coming back to correct the problem. Keep up the good work guys.
