MAE refrigeration is an integral part of our business maintenance and service program for Access cold & Dry Storage Pty Ltd. based in Portsmith Cairns. Our state-of-the-art Co2 refrigeration plant requires technical and professional know how. TO operate efficiently and reliably. We as a business are responsible for the unloading sorting and safekeeping of the majority of Prawns caught in East and West coast of Queensland. Our major customers export globally to Europe, Asia and USA. Quality Assurance protocols require zero tolerance for fluctuations in temperature which is monitored for our clients 24/7 and by the minute. MAE refrigeration has drastically reduced the amount of urgent call outs to sustain that temperature control through structured Maintenace programs, understanding and regulating our CO2 system to a degree that we have never enjoyed in the past 12 years. Darren Mackedie , ,Service Manager for MAE, understands the seasonality and demands to our business, and has never ever once let us down once, when he has been required to be on site. With a proactive approach vs, a Reactive response. MAE refrigeration is very much part of our family at Access. Thank you, MAE Refrigeration. Champions at their game!
