  Very helpful and prompt. I called Will regarding a switch issue on one of our machines and he answered immediately. He investigated and provided several solutions within minutes, including a DIY option with details regarding the part to get and clear instructions so we can try to resolve it ourselves in a cost-effective way. Also happy to assist if we need him to come and take care of it if we can't. It's rare to find someone so honest and helpful.   Today we had Lochie come to install lighting, both internal and external , nothing was too much of a problem to do, he arrived very promptly and was very well mannered and did an amazing job in the time he was here. I can’t recommend Lume Electricals enough for fulfilling all our electrical jobs.
