  They are a trusted company. We had our electrical wiring and air-conditioning installation done by them when we renovated our home. We have continued to use them for additional electrical jobs plus our air cons are serviced by them yearly. Have had no bad experience with them. Excellent service! Would recommend them anytime.

  We were unfortunate enough to suffer a lightning strike on Christmas eve 2025 that tripped all our safety switches and disabled multiple appliances and equipment on the property. Facing the Christmas break with some lights and many appliances out of action, we called Loadstar Electrical around lunchtime Christmas eve. Despite having a big job to finish in a nearby suburb, Lee found time after a long day to swing by and identify the main faults resulting from the lightning, render everything safe and get most things going (unfortunately a few things “cooked”). Very thankful for Loadstar’s great response at a very difficult time. Thanks Lee and Shanyn for a very positive customer experience. Peter and Margaret
