Brett from Hydro electrical was on time, presented in a professional manner and was more then helpful when diagnosing the issue with our split system air conditioner. At first, a new A/C seemed to be the only option, however Brett managed to find the issue and have it fixed. We found Brett communicated very well throughout the process giving us options with pros and cons to all options. Effectively allowing us to make our own decision with his professional guidance. We could not recommend Hydro electrical highly enough.

Brett the owner of Hydro Electrical installed 2 new split system air conditioners in our home, plus we just got him back to put in a couple of fans… we would not have went anywhere else and will always use in him in the future. He was professional and knowledgeable and worked very hard to please a tricky body corporate crew. He spent the time looking at different options for us and provided us with clear information on products and cost. Brett and his apprentice were courteous in our home and were extremely tidy workers. Brett from Hydro-Electrical installed an upstairs and downstairs air conditioner in our 2 story town house. Brett and his apprentice were extremely professional and polite during the entire process and did an amazing job. The price was very reasonable for such a flawless job. Our 1 year old daughter is now much more comfortable when she is going to sleep as the heat was getting a bit much for her. Highly recommended electritian who is experienced and knowledgeable. I will definitely be giving Brett a call for any future electrical work which I may need.

Have engaged with Hydro Electrical for 2 months now as we renovate our apartment. Brett has been extremely professional, always on time, always prepared to go the extra mile to fit our requirements/times in, no request was too hard, and the quality of the work has been outstanding. With a lot of feedback on tradies being scarce/unreliable these days, it is good to know that people like Brett are dependable and there to try to make our life easier not harder. Brett did an amazing job for us on the installation of replacement / new split system AC units. He is hugely professional, and completely committed to doing a great job with a high quality of workmanship. At least one of our installs was particularly hard, but Brett ended up staying late to get everything just right and to make it all look fantastic. I highly recommend using Hydro Electrical.
