We organised a quote within a short time frame from first contact where he came through my place and made valid and thoughtful suggestions around the work I wanted to have done (multiple new power points, air conditioning installation, new ceiling light, exhaust fan, and ceiling fan+combo installation). He was then able to fit me in his schedule, again soon after we had confirmed the quote and managed to get everything done in one day with his team.
