TRUSTWORTHY & RELIABLE Ben came out and put an exhaust fan in the ensuite. He was so friendly, polite and tidy, even taking his shoes off. I mentioned that we'd like a quote for a ceiling fan in the bedroom and not long after he left we received an email with the quote attached. I phoned the office, spoke to Petra who said they would be out the next week but I explained that my mother in law had just got out of hospital etc and that we really needed the fan urgently as she was not well. Hans and Petra (the owners) got back to me and fitted us in the next day. Hans came and installed the fan and never left any mess at all. They go out of their way to prioritise and help people in need. We are very grateful to a well organised family business. Not many companies run like the good old days. We would highly recommend this business. Excellent service.

Hans Electrical have recently completed a switchboard upgrade and the moving of the incoming supply for the meter cupboard in conjunction with Energex. This company operate in exactly the manner you wish all other trades would! They communicate superbly, and make sure things are done compliantly. They are also really professional and friendly. Thank you to the fast response to my request to install new smokes alarms, downlights and replace a power point. The job was completed quickly and cleanly. No nasty bits of wire offcuts left in the carpet and the staff were friendly.
