Being new to the area and needing help on a Friday afternoon after ants took over our meter box and started flicking power/safety switches/fuses from damaging the electrics, I desperately called for a sparky having had no luck with others in town. Being lunch on a Friday I didn't have much hope but rang these guys and explained the situation and the lovely guy said he would be able to try and come around later on, so I figured around dinner maybe but he was here within 30mins! I was shocked and then when he was super kind, very empathetic, totally knowledgeable (I have no idea about this stuff!) and tried ways to fix things without costing us an arm and a leg, I was stoked. We've had other tradies that haven't really cared and weren't keen to help or work things out, especially in an affordable way, so we were really happy with him. Can 100% recommend, he saved our very full fridge and freezer of food and helped a stressful day become a little less worrisome, thoroughly impressed and he fully deserves 5 stars!
