We were really happy from the start of the service as it was immediately obvious Andrew knew what he was doing, and to be really polite and respectful of it being our home and asking if it’s ok before doing things ie using the hose to rinse off or checking out where things were. He was very thorough removing all bits housing etc and cleaning everything thoroughly unlike other companies who say deep clean but only spray and rinse without removing anything, this felt really clean and I am confident it will stay clean for a really good amount of time. He even explained how to maintain the units in between cleans which was just one example of going above and beyond amongst many. It’s very clear this is a professional company with really high standards that enjoy doing a good job and leaving with a happy customer. We were recommended GLADMAC by a property manger who has them look after the aircons at their house. We’ve had aircons cleaned before with other companies and its worlds apart. I think it’s only a small amount more expensive per unit but so worth it because you get far more than you pay for in my opinion.
