I recently purchased my first property that required a full-scale renovation. With no idea where to start, I called Sam and he came over straight away. From the beginning, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His proposal for the electrical scope was second to none, offering clear guidance and expert advice. Sam and his team were polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Their experience and insight added significant value to my property. The place looks great! Despite them having their tools stolen the same morning, Trey and Dan arrived on time with a good attitude. Sam was quick to respond and sent a reminder the day before. The install of induction cooktop was quick, spirit level used to align the switch. Opted for a slimline option to give more space and pushed the cables as far back to give us max cupboard space. Leaving a bit more length and bracketed in a nice curve. Work area was vacuumed and Cooktop tested, explaining the process. All little details that was appreciated. These are the things that tell when a tradie takes pride in their workmanship. Thanks, Ed
