Fred provided an amazing customer services for my solar battery upgrade, GoodWe ESA 40kwh battery + 10kw single phase inverter + full house backup. From the start to the install, Fred answered all my questions and kindly installed a power outlet as a late request. Its great to talk to a knowledgeable electrician, who actually install the system and not sub the job out. Workmanship is second to none - switchboard upgrade, cable management, bollards, and smoke alarm.

Fred was amazing to deal with from day 1. We had been looking for a solar battery installer for months. Our setup is not simple. We have 3 phase power with an existing 20kw solar array and our house, shed and main fuse box are all in different locations on a small farm, making the installation tricky. We also wanted to upgrade 2 x EV chargers and we wanted the system to fully backup the power for all 3 phases making this a challenging system. We had multiple companies come and quote to install a battery. None of them really took the time to understand the complexity of our existing solar and power setup or what we wanted to achieve. Most companies sent a sales person with limited technical experience or were reluctant to come out and look at our setup. Fred came out and took the time to really understand what we needed. While quoting, Fred even found and fixed a problem with our solar system that the original installers left. Yesterday Fred finished our installation of 48kwh sigenergy battery with 30kw inverter, gateway, upgraded sub board and 2 x Sigenergy 22kw AC ev chargers. We are super happy with his service and cant wait to benefit from the power savings. Fred and his helper Ahmet were super friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Fred from Energy Gate for any solar or battery installation.
