We have recently renovated our house and upgraded all our electrical appliances, fixtures and circuits. Josh provided a very high quality service and we are super happy with the outcomes. Especially the custom lighting and his attention to detail. He worked in with other trades and their timing which was just the cherry on top.

We’ve used Electrocom Services a few times now, and every single time they’ve gone above and beyond. Kirsty made booking simple and stress-free – her customer service is exceptional, which is a big tick for us. Josh and his team recently installed an electric motor for our gate. Even though it wasn’t a brand he was familiar with, he stuck around to help with the programming and even offered to come back if we ran into any issues (luckily, we got it sorted). He also organised a Bobcat to come and dig a trench, making the whole process seamless. They also repositioned and relocated an air conditioner unit for us – a tricky job – and Josh went the extra mile to tidy up wiring that wasn’t part of the original scope, just to make sure everything was safe and looked neat. That level of attention to detail is rare these days and shows how much pride he takes in his work. Communication was spot-on, pricing was fair, and the quality was excellent. We can’t fault them and will definitely keep using Electrocom Services. Highly recommend!
