I used Elecquity in Cairns to install a changeover switch recently and had a great experience . A sparky (Vaughan) replied promptly to my inquiry and I was impressed they managed to fit my job into their schedule on short notice. Vaughn provided exceptional service. I was told what time he would be arriving and he texted when he was in his way- it was the exact time I was told. Very rare these days. Vaughn installed 3 outlets in 3 different rooms for me, exactly as I asked. He was extremely professional in his dealings and tested everything before leaving. I needed a fan installed before Xmas. Not only did they fit my appointment in at such a busy period, they were on time, text me to let me know they were on their way, efficient and well priced. They also answered a few questions about other things I need done so I’ll be getting them back in the new year for those jobs too. They are now my go to electricians going forward.
