Just had our new Energizer solar panel and battery system installed! After a month, what a massive difference in our electricity bill…..way down 🥳🥳 Gioel from EFS Solar was so helpful and professional and did his absolute best from start to finish and the install went super smoothly as well. Look it all sounded all to good to be true i was very sceptical. But from the sales team to the installers they did an amazing job. I got an 8 kw inverter upgrade with 5kw (no battery)of panels and with a family of four cranking the aircon in cairns its knocked off a hundred dollars off the bill. Overall the whole team are honest and hard working glad I took i decided to upgrade old system

This is a bit premature as I have just signed the contract for solar panels and batteries and the installation hadn’t yet occurred , but I just wanted to express my great thanks to Nic the sales rep from EFS in Sydney. The process up til now in my case has been a little more complicated than others given that I live in a Strata complex - and various unforeseen delays occurred. Throughout, Nic has been enormously patient, supportive, helpful and understanding - he is a credit to the company. I now look forward to the installation !

From the quote with Hayden to the install with Ben and Tristan, everything was smooth as. They kept me updated the whole time and left everything tidy. The panels look great and the system's cranking already. Highly recommend.

Nick was great to deal with from the start. He explained everything clearly and gave honest advice about what size system would suit us. The installers turned up right on time and had it all sorted before lunch. Couldn't be happier.

We haven’t done our install yet but wanted to give your sales lady some credit as she is amazing! Val came out to our house at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and spent almost an hour with us explaining everything to a couple of newbies. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite and patient. She alone is a fantastic representation of this company & deserves recognition. Go Val - you’re amazing!
