We are a building & facilities management business, and we recently had a job come in outside our catchment area in Mooloolaba that required an electrician to attend. Not only was this outside our area, but it was also between Christmas and New Year week. We reached out to a couple of electricians that were operating in the area, and D3M responded quickly (the other 2 didn’t respond at all) After talking with Dan and discussing the job he attended immediately. It was not a straightforward job, and Dan thought outside the square, communicated with us on how he was going to resolve it. We deal with trades all day every day, the thing that sets D3M apart is his communication, and ability to think and not throw his arms in the air and he responded over the holiday period to assist where no one else would. We will be using D3M and will take on more jobs in this area as D3M has proven they can support us.
