I recently had Steve and Trey from Crusader Electrical install new downlights throughout my home and an exhaust fan in my bathroom, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. Bailey and his team from Crusader Electrical came out this morning to install new smoke alarms and replace some downlights that had stopped working. Initially, I had only booked for two downlights to be replaced, but once I saw how fantastic the new lights looked, I asked Bailey if he could replace the other three in the room as well. He was incredibly flexible and happy to accommodate the extra work on the spot. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things, which gave me complete confidence in the work being done. Highly recommend this guy and his company. We have quite an old building and after installation things were tripping - they came out couple times to investigate and found it was actually the new oven itself (warranty issue). They didn't charge the extra visits and even offered to re attend when the replacement oven arrived. So lovely. Very appreciative, great team.

A huge thank you to Crusader Electrical! Our 70s-built home had very few power points, and they managed to add extra ones in some really tricky spots—something I didn’t think was possible. They also replaced our old living room air conditioner and installed remote-controlled fans with LED lights, which has completely transformed the feel of the house. It honestly feels so much more modern now! The team was quick, clean, and super professional, and their customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Bailey was polite, professional, attentive to our concerns, friendly, tidy and was able to fix everything in timely manner.
