Ben has been exceptionally professional and capable of solving a long list of electrical issues. He has updated a very out of date CBus system to a much more user -friendly system whilst not missing any of the CBus capability. Ben sourced suitable products whilst also reusing anything that was able to be recycled, ultimately keeping costs to a reasonable level. Ben replaced a failed C-Bus Relay in our lighting system. He communicated really well over the phone so he knew exactly what the problem was and which part to bring with him. He responded quickly, arrived exactly when he said he would early the following morning and carried out the work very efficiently. He was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Ben.
