Ben sourced suitable products whilst also reusing anything that was able to be recycled, ultimately keeping costs to a reasonable level. Within two days Ben was at my house and had fixed the issue. Whilst Ben was at my house, he explained and made recommendations on how to get more out of our C bus and also reprogramed some of our scenes and switches. Throughout this experience, Ben was a true professional and a highly proficient and passionate C Bus electrician.
