AJ carried out thorough testing, quickly identified the fault, and explained the cause and solution clearly before proceeding. All work was completed to a high standard and in line with current electrical safety regulations. Cabling was neat, connections were properly terminated, and testing was completed before sign-off. The workspace was left clean and everything was clearly labelled and documented. Pricing was transparent, the job was completed within the quoted timeframe, and communication throughout was excellent. It’s clear they take safety, compliance, and workmanship seriously.
