I want to be clear I did not pay for service from this company. But I want to pass on that for a few weeks I’d been trying to get someone out to look at my fridge which had stopped cooling as a result of the door being left ajar for a big part of the day. The lady on the phone listened to what I said and advised me it was a matter of turning the fridge off and letting it defrost and turn on again. It worked! If a company can operate honestly for someone who could quite easily been swindled I would guess their other dealing are honest. Thanks for the support. Will come to you for future needs.
