Gave Bob a call this morning to help me with my hot water system - it was tripping at the switchboard and smoke was coming out of it 😬 He was at my place within the hour and replaced the burnt out element and thermostat on the spot. Even gave me a tutorial on how to troubleshoot and reset the thermostat if I ever needed to. Legend! Thanks, Bob :)

This is a business with old school values - a rarity in this day and age. We run a trade business in Portsmith servicing the Defence Supply chain which demands high standards of safety and quality. Bob recently assisted us to keep our electrical gear compliant, and did so promptly and in good spirits, going out of his way to service us. Got myself into a bit of a desperate situation on a Sunday. Called bob and before booking things in and charging me Sunday rates, he helped me out over the phone which got everything sorted. Honest and helpful, highly recommended.
