I live in Sydney and have my 87 year old mum living in Currimundi on the sunshine coast. It's always hard not knowing if workman will take advantage of elderly people, but I was lucky enough to strike gold. I had Shannon and his wife Fiona that I spoke to who took me through step by step of how to easily lodge a job via their website, then on the day of the repair (swollen interior door from flooded floor) both I and my mum were pre warned of their approach, (on time) they carried out the work professionally and did so respecting mum along the way, letting her know what and why they were doing what they were. They kept me in the loop as to the options that were available and nothing was a problem. I will be using this company for all and any jobs around mums villa. The cost was more than reasonable, but it was the honest and old fashioned service that appealed. The workmanship was also of a high standard, and left no rubbish or mess behind. Being able to trust a company such as Alltask property services has been of great peice of mind. Highly recommend. We cannot fault AllTasks for their professional expertise. We recently had them attend to rectify painting of our front door entry done by another company. Right from the get go they were totally professional, reliable , on time and always kept us updated as to time of arrival. The attention to detail was exemplary and we were extremely happy with the result. Coming from a building industry background ourselves we can tell a great operator from a shoddy operator. I have used the services of Shannan in a couple of occasions now and I could not be more satisfied with the entirety of his service. Shannan was prompt, professional and his work is of the highest quality. He has installed 2 dog doors on 2 different doors in our home and also set a weather station for us in our yard. But most impressive, Shannan designed and engineered an add on to a flight sim rig which was not commercially available. If you have a task which may be outside the box, Shannan is the person I would approach first as I have seen his ability to visualise a project and bring it to life.
