The process to change over from 1 Tesla2 battery to 2 Tesla3 batteries was seamless. The quoting was friendly and the access to the Owner to answer queries was far better than most other trades I have dealt with. The installation date was agreed and the site staff were courteous and professional. The workmanship is of a high level. Post instal queries are answered promptly and in an understanding manner.

This second time we have used AIS. This time to check solar panels after storm/hail event. AIS responded promptly, arrived on time and had the job completed quickly and efficiently. The AIS guys are courteous, friendly and offer useful advice and suggestions. Highly recommend the AIS team. They are now our ‘go to’ electrical support!

Luke, the technician arrived on the agreed time and was able to resolve the issue that had rendered our solar system inoperative. He showed us the parts that had failed and replaced them with new, more efficient and reliable parts. Luke was courteous and explained clearly what was required, as well as giving us a report on the condition of our roof, which we can now act upon. Would highly recommend.

Just had a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. From the very start, Max made the whole process stress-free with excellent communication – he kept me in the loop, answered every question clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening and when. On the installation day, Paris’s workmanship was top-notch. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and the attention to detail was spot on. The setup looks clean and professional, and he took the time to walk me through the system so I felt confident using it. No question was ever too silly, and he explained everything in a way that made sense. It’s rare to find tradies who are this reliable, professional, and genuinely trustworthy. If you’re thinking about getting a Tesla Powerwall or any electrical work done, I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Great bunch. Fast response, and always good sound ideas.. They have relocated my grid access, and some additional wiring and great LED lights in my double carport, installed all my solar panels, along with a stack of 24kW Sig Batteries, 10kW inverter, and a gateway. Clean, tidy, professional and it all works better than I had hoped for. Also just installed another outside power point for things I needed. I dont hesitate to use AIS for all/any elec works. Great bunch

Booked in to have our solar panels cleaned with AIS Electrical & Solar communications and data and air conditioning after finding good reviews on a local Facebook group. I wanted a company that doesn’t use any high pressure washers on the panels. Easy to book and they called to bring forward the booking which was also easy to accommodate. Really happy overall, would recommend that if a time isn’t given the client is given perhaps a courtesy ‘We’re 30mins to an hour away’ SMS.
