A big shout out to TDC Refrigeration, Alice Springs. We were so grateful that at short notice, and in such a busy week the lovely lady in the office made time for us to have our caravan fridge repaired. To the Super Star ⭐️ SCOTTY, thank you so much for the work you did for us and especially when it was your day off! I would highly recommend TDC for caravan fridge diagnosis/repairs. We have had issues with our fridge for some time now and Scotty was right onto it straight away and Tanya was great in her efforts to have it sorted through the manufacturer. Thanks heaps team 👍🏻

TDC Refrigeration offer a very good service, especially when our Thetford mini grill in our caravan decided not to work two days before. Scotty came in on his Friday day off to check it, while liaising with a Thetford techie. Unfortunately, it needs a new thermocouple that they didn’t have in stock (Alice Springs is a bit remote). At least we now have the part number and can contact Thetford in Melbourne later on in our journey, or when we get home.

So happy they were able to fit us in same day with a Dometic Fridge gas issue. Front office staff were lovely and we were able to wait in comfortable lounge area. Scooter, the technician, was very knowledgeable and had our problem sorted in no time. Gave us a few maintenance tips as well. Highly recommend TDC Refrigeration.

Scotty repaired our fridge and went above and beyond to ensure it was done in a timely manner, up to scratch and supported us after the repairs to ensure all was functioning accordingly. He showed genuine care and empathy towards our family, providing A grade customer service. Cannot fault his exceptional work and expertise. You legend Scotty! We had an issue with our Diesel Hot water in our caravan. Contact TDC ,very helpful and made a booking. Although Jeremy had not serviced this particular system, he did his research & took the job on. Jeremy was meticulous & methodical in the service/repair of the Hot water system. We would highly recommend TDC.
