Always courteous, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. The top choice in Darwin and surrounding areas for your electrical needs, in my opinion. And always on time. Communication is extremely good at all times and most appreciated by myself and my wife. I have lived in Darwin since 1990 and this business is a standout for trades from all of our experiences of trades engagements over the years. That’s it - consistency is what you get with this business. Nothing is ever a problem. There is never any stress from persuasion or intimidation or expectation that you must “do what they say”. Plenty of reasoning and choices are offered and fully explained, always. You certainly feel good after each job and really are left planning your next job with excitement. This gets me perhaps spending a bit more than my wife would like at times. We would always have Florance back because we know what we get and it is simply not worth the risk of engaging another electrical trades provider here. Costs: perhaps above industry findings in comparison with individual sparky’s who may charge less, but as in most cases in this life, you get what you pay for and if that is a little more for peace of mind and a great warranty of workmanship then you should always consider this, in my opinion. In the case of Darwin you may even find that (in what we have seen) is that the individual tradesperson you engaged may have just left town a short while after job completion and never to be seen again if a problem arises with their workmanship. This is not the case with Florance Electrical - they have been here in Darwin/Palmerston quite a while and are committed to ongoing quality of service. My situation = 1X Residential property only. My Engagement of Florance Electrical: 4 times since 2024 at my house for various work, including Fitment of lights, switches, sockets, meter box upgrade. All products supplied are high quality.

Jack arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my solar gate. Luckily I had a spare part available, so he repaired it straight away and had it working again before the next lot of rain. Great service and much appreciated. 😁

Great chat with Alex this morning. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism in explaining to me the benefits of solar panels and batteries to me. I highly recommend Florence electrical - great work and advice by a Territory company.

Alex was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed our problem, explained what it was, what he could do to fix it, and did it right there and then. 10/10 no notes. Will keep Florence group as my first go to for any future works.

I have used Florance for a couple of different jobs in the past few months and I can’t speak highly enough of them. Josh does a great job with the scheduling and the electricians are polite, professional and punctual.
