He squeezed me in the next day, arrived on time and spoke directly to the machines company to make sure everything was done correctly and got the ball rolling to get the drama machine fixed.

On a Sunday morning we found we had no hot water. Nathan responded quickly to a phone message and within half an hour came and replaced the thermostat. He was very friendly and informative.
