I've had my Ranger 15 from Wise Energy for a year now, and I've been extremely happy with it and the monitoring and support from Wise. I'm completely off the power grid, and the reliability and great product support from Victron, through Wise Energy, has been second to none. Victron gear can be seen as relatively pricey, but you sure get what you pay for, and there's more added value in the case of Wise, as they help with every aspect of advice, design, support, upgrades & programming. A few months ago, I upgraded my system to add more capacity, and the job was done efficiently and I'm now even happier. Recently my system had a small software problem, and Alex & Craig were looking into it remotely on a Sunday morning, and sent one of their guys out on Sunday to fix things on site. It doesn't get any better than that. Alex is on top of his game with design and innovation, as well as Craig his off-sider. All the others I've dealt with have been great to me, from Michelle the office manager, to the techies Blaize, Jacob, and another whose name slips my memory. If you're off-grid or considering it, these guys are the go to guys & gals, in my experience anyway.

When looking for our off-grid power setup for our van, Wise Integrated offered a one-stop shop with Alex providing all the advice we needed on the gear we would require for our setup. From there Alex passed us on to Damian who designed a power board to suit the space we had available in our van. The team then fitted us in for the install within a couple of weeks of making the order. During the installation the guys discovered an issue with our shore power setup making the install much more difficult than anticipated. Without delay, the team came up with a solution and stayed back late on a Friday afternoon to make sure the job got done. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work helping us get the van sorted for off-grid living. The Victron gear is amazing for monitoring all of your power usage and charging needs and is great value for money. If you're looking to do an off-grid power setup you can't go past the team at Wise Integrated.

What a lovely business- they went above and beyond to help me with an electrical problem in my van with almost no notice. I spoke to Michael on the phone initially who organised for me to pop by and Alex and Owen had a look at my van, diagnosed and fixed the issue right away. All 3 of them were super lovely and very knowledgeable and had immaculate vibes! Manjeeta in the office was also fabulous with getting a quote for further work to me. Everything was very reasonably priced for such outstanding service. 10/10 would recommend :)
