Tom was amazing, he was very quick to respond and got the quote to us in no time. We were able to book in the job for the very next week and the service was second to none. I have my 65yo mum with us at the moment and she commented on how kind, funny and professional Tom was. She said that once you get to a certain age, you tend to get ignored a lot (particularly by younger people) but Tom was so engaging with her and they shared stories about travelling. We will absolutely be getting Tom back in the future. His workmanship is brilliant and we're loving the new lighting and fans!

My hot water system had been out of service over the Easter Weekend so you can imagine how relieved I was when I rang Tom and he was able to come out the same day. He explained everything as he worked and showed me all the parts he had to change. He is very well mannered and quick. Excellent electrical knowledge, professionalism and communication. People, don't bother using anyone else for your local electrician! Tom resolved numerous difficult issues with a recently purchased house and he couldn't have done a better job. 200% satisfied. (His Father implemented fibre-optic NBN in an incredibly tricky location a week before, so he's definitely a 'chip off the old block' with his electrical expertise!) I'm usually very critical and disappointed with workmanship nowadays, but I can't recommend Wired Up enough and give them 10 stars out of 5!
