I had Glenn come out today and install a ceiling fan and some power points around my house. From the first call, communication was clear and professional, and he arrived on time as promised. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with everything explained clearly along the way. He went above and beyond to explain nuances with my property, and how it was constructed. The job site was left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s refreshing to deal with someone reliable who clearly takes pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend them to others.

Fortunately chose to call Wilton for some non-urgent electrical work yesterday. Glenn was warm and helpful on the phone. Within an hour I had Jackson & Max fixing a light fitting and replacing a power point. Whilst they were here I enquired about a powerboard upgrade, and repair of a couple of courtyard lights. Promptly accepting quotes on these jobs, the powerboard work was undertaken yesterday afternoon, and the lights sorted early today. Jackson & Max proved efficient, courteous and tidy electricians, who were easy to have around. Morale at Wilton must be high as both spoke highly of their team. As someone new to Newcastle we'll continue to use Wilton for any future electrical work.
