We contacted Watts Next Electrical about a switchboard upgrade and the service and work the whole team provided us was exemplary. Mitchell provided us with valuable information on the cables burnt that were dangerous and provided us with a quote. He immediately completed a partial disconnection without hesitation, so the electrical box wouldn't catch fire. Ryan and his team carried out the switchboard upgrade 2 days later and the workmanship, service and professionalism was outstanding. Mitchell and his team did a fantastic job of upgrading my home switchboard and installing a private pole and underground cabling. Contacted Watts Next Electrical about a switchboard upgrade after we had a couple of other quotes that seemed a bit high. They came in at 2/3rds the price. Mitch and his team were really polite and thoughtful, did an amazing and tidy job and there were no surprises. Rohan came to replace a ceiling. He was courteous and professional. He encountered couple of relatively minor problems - addition of an extra piece of timber in a part of the ceiling cavity with difficult access -but took this in his stride. End result-a job well done. will definitely use Watts Next again.
