Highly recommend Twelve Auto Electrician! They were able to fit our car in straight away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed within an hour which was awesome. I have been dealings with the team at 12 for quite a few years. They have done work on our Toyota Van’s lights and radio as well as my Ford Ranger. I recently contacted Mitch and Brandon as I needed a new Dashcam camera installed in my Ford Ranger. The old one was not working. The guys did an awesome job - 3 days later I had an incident with some people on the street - it took “he said/she said” to the constable, to, I have a Dashcam - it literally saved me from a very time consuming expensive situation to - Sir you have nothing to answer to - you are free to go!!! Thanks so much “team 12” I can’t thank you enough. On a separate note, in my line of work I deal with a lot of people and companies - you notice outstanding service - team 12 are amongst the most service oriented and most pleasant companies, that I have had the please to deal with 10/10. Dealing with the team at Twelve was without doubt the most pleasurable mechanic experience in my life. They took the time to explain all issues without making me feel stupid or assuming I knew a lot about cars. The gentleman in front office was very polite, patient and knowledgeable. The team made contact following completion of the work to make sure I was happy and that everything continued well with the car. I made a point of speaking with the owner, an affable chap, to pass on my thanks and recognise the teams work. Would highly recommend.

These guys are the best! Got us sorted out for off grid living in our van. Was extremely informative right from the word go, fast and efficient work and a friendly, homely attitude. Even gave us good tourist spots to look at whilst we were waiting for our works to be completed. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us, we appreciate it everyday! Thankyou to all the crew at Twelve for saving our bacon on our travels. We pop in on a Monday morning to get our battery and dc-dc charger looked at. The following day we had it all fixed with a new lithium battery and wiring done. The professionalism and communication on everything that was done was second to none. These guys were so professional, and lovely to boot. They were generous with their time in explaining how front parking sensors could be fitted to my Pajero, and how they’d work. The workmanship was flawless and the sensors have made a big difference to how I navigate Port’s carparks! Can’t recommend them highly enough.
