Hi Lynda Lynch, I'm very sorry for your bad experience with us. We most certainly love people to shop local and always strive to give good service to all our customers. We have been extreamly snowed under however, this is no excuse and we do apologies. We are more than happy to come and do a quote for you if you would still like one and I will personal make sure it doesn’t get lost in the chaos. We have been extremely short staffed in the office and with our tradies for a while now as Carolyn has been away getting cancer treatments and its almost impossible to find any qualified tradies as any business will attest to. As far as employing government subsidised office staff although I do not believe we should have to justify our employing choices we have no shame about this. We believe even people with a disability should be given a chance to work and the subsidies allow us to employ these people. They are only able to work short hours and do limited duties to which would not be a viable hiring choice if there was no subsidy. These subsidies are only for a very short period of time anyway. Fantastic customer service everyone was so nice & extremely helpful. Great communication made sure they kept me up to date with how long everything was going to take. Very speedy & quick with fixing my appliance aswell. Highly recommended

These guys are awesome! After a few ongoing issues with all of our equipment at KFC including walk in freezer, walk in coolrooms, upright freezers and our two aircon units, we decided to give these guys a call. Initially, before doing any work, the crew came and did a thorough investigation on all equipment, quoted their jobs then worked around us and our business to best suited repair times. All work is completed with priority, in a timely matter with thorough communication and quality. I highly recommend!
