Dominic from Saldaneri Electrical Services recently installed downlights for me. He was very helpful when there was an unforeseen problem with one PowerPoint. He made 3 trips to Bunnings and talked to his wholesaler in order to fix it. I consider that was "going the extra mile" - not doing the minimum to "just get the job done". Nice guy, very transparent and professional. He upgraded my fluorescent lights with down lights and was able to put in a couple power points where I thought it wasn't possible. Will be getting any future work done by him.
