I ordered a floor lamp, and received a call shortly after to say they had looked and looked, but ultimately determined it was no longer in stock. They suggested a very similar lamp as a replacement, which was perfect, and I received it in the mail not long after. It was slightly cheaper, and the difference was refunded quickly. The support was genuinely fantastic, and I will definitely keep shopping here.
